We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and
AmerEx through PayPal. NOTE: You do not need to be a member of
PayPal to use PayPal. We accept money orders Note: Money
Orders do not hold up the shipment of your order as a personal check
will because of the clearing process.

Attention: Processing
Shipping: We
generally ship most items by Priority Mail through the U S Postal
Service. Certain small items can be sent 1st Class, and books and
printed material are usually sent Media Mail (book rate). Heavy or
especially large items, or items containing batteries, will go
United Parcel Service. The shipping cost included in the listing is
what we suggest as the most cost effective method. However, if you
have a preference as to how your item is shipped, we will be glad to
accommodate you. Our flat -rate shipping fee includes insurance
appropriate to the amount of your purchase. There is no extra
charge to you. You will be charged for any other optional services,
such as Delivery Confirmation, that you request in addition.
Multiple items can be combined into one package, which may save you
money on shipping fees.
We ship as soon as possible once we
have received your payment. Most items will go out within 48 hours,
and some within 24. If you prefer, we can hold any package to mail
at a certain time so that someone will be home on your end to
receive it. Please note that orders must still be paid in full
according to normal policy to be held.
Order Cancellation Policy:
If an order is canceled prior to shipping a 15% order processing
and/or handling fee will be assessed to the order and not refunded.
Shipping Damage:
Shipments
damaged from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If
any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the
freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has
left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return
and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for
damage caused by the freight carrier.
Defective Products:
If a product appears to have a manufacture’s defect, email our
Customer Service department for instructions. Do not return products
to us without first contacting us to receive instructions. If an
item is to be returned to us due to manufactures defect, you must
first receive a Return Authorization Number. No packages will
be accepted without a Return Authorization Number written clearly on
the package.
Return Policy:
Permission for any return merchandise must be secured from our
return department. You have 14 days from the ship date to request a
refund. You must email the refund request to
CustomerService@ipgbooks.net
(with
"RETURN" in the subject field), at which time the return
authorization number (RA#) with return instructions will be sent to
you. No packages will be accepted without a Return Authorization
Number written clearly on the package. Products being returned must
have a RA# issued before returned.
If you received a different product
than initially purchased, the item must be returned with the
following:
· All original contents (product,
manuals, instructions, etc.).
· In original packaging and Unopened
· Original invoice or receipt.
Once you
receive the return authorization information you can return the
product according to the return information for a full refund less a
15% restocking fee at our discretion.
Once a return is authorized by our
return department you should:
- Return the item
to the address given to you by our return department.
- Write the Return
Authorization Number clearly on the box or package.
- Keep your
shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of
returned merchandise. Returns shipped via U.S. Postal Service (U.S.P.S.)
or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We can not be
held liable for return merchandise that does not reach our return
department.
- Because of
accounting cycles you should allow 30-45 days for a refund to be
issued.
We do not refund shipping costs.
You are responsible for all freight charges on shipments that are
refused or returned. We are not responsible for incidental or
consequential damages or losses to defective products, errors in
shipping your order, or other errors. The limit of our liability is
the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
Your consent to this policy:
By using our Site, you agree to this Policy. This is our entire and
exclusive Store Policy and it supersedes any earlier version. Our
Terms of Service take precedence over any conflicting Policy
provision. We may change our Policy by posting a new version on our
Site.
